Eating Guidelines
- Eat right, not what you feel like.
- Reduce portion sizes.
- Use smaller plate.
- Eat a variety of healthy foods.
- Focus on fruits.
- Vary your veggies.
- Choose healthy at fast food restaurants.
- Listen to music while you eat, instead of watching TV.
- Eat food steamed, grilled, baked or broiled.
- Pick lean with protein.
- Take your time eating.
- Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
The word Life came from the Greek language and means "To Move"...So, Let's move!
- Exercise no less than 30 minutes 3-5 times a week.
- Walk, bike, and hike.
- Jog, swim, and water aerobic.
- Handball, tennis, and basketball.
- Dance, power yoga, etc.
Use this chart as a guideline of certain foods for the basic daily amounts.
