"Perfect Health"
by Fred Dumas 4/09/2008 The Baby Boomers Life.
I recall Warren Buffett, in a rare television interview broadcast by CNBC, being asked "How's your health?" He responds "I feel great!"
Here's an elderly gentleman, acting just as perky, vibrant, and enthusiastic about life as an eighteen-year old would be saying "I feel great!"
I'm thinking, "That's wonderful! How does he do it? What's his secret?"
I also had a conversation recently with a friend, about the same age as Mr. Buffett, who had just completed his annual physical. I asked him "What did the Doc say?" He exclaims "I'm perfect! Everything's perfect! I feel great!"
And I believe him. His mind is sharp. He's full of energy. He's ready for life.
So I'm thinking, "What do these two people and many more like them have in common?"
It's their thinking. They all must subscribe to a commonality,
"Think well, be well."
"I'm not singing because I'm happy, I'm happy because I'm singing."
With this in mind, I put together a list of affirmations for perfect health. These affirmations are synonymous with the "I'm happy because I'm singing" phrase.
Know This:
"We think one thought at a time."
And:
"The good thought displaces the bad thought."
Therefore:
Inject the good thought with daily affirming.
The affirmations below are perfectly designed and directed to progress towards your perfect health.
As you read, see and feel and believe you're already in this state of perfect health.
Repeat these affirmations at least once daily. The best time to repeat these affirmations are in the morning when
you wake up and in the evening just before you go to sleep.
For full effect, write these down fifteen times a day for twenty-one days straight.
My favorite morning affirmations for perfect health:
One More Thing...Imagine Yourself Already As One With Perfect health.
"All that one achieves and all that one fails to achieve is the direct result of one's own thoughts."
